There isn't any reference to power supply needs. How many volts needed and at what amperage? What plug configuration, US ,Europe, China ? This is info one needs to avoid all the other questions your being asked.
US 110V requires a 32A circuit breaker , Europe 220V China 220V requires a 20A circuit breaker.

In the US, a 30 amp 120v plug requires a different style plug. Does the control module accept 240V if I were to change the plug end to a 240V 20A plug? As it is the equipment with a standard 120V 20A plug end does not meet electrical code in the US and it will not operate properly on 20A either.
No, the oven lamp is not dual voltage. It has a circuit board inside and cannot be switched to 220v. You need to use a 32A circuit breaker.
