Theoretically, a 1200W generator can be used, but in actual use, due to the large load, there will be certain fluctuations.

What happens after shutdown if hsed for over 1 hour continuously. Is it dead forever or can it be repaired?

I have used my machine continuously for more than an hour in the past. I have not experienced any kind of shutdown. If the machine doesn’t turn back on, possibly two reasons. The machine has a thermal protection built into it. If it becomes too hot, it will turn off to protect the motor itself. Secondly, the machine comes with an extra set of brushes that can be installed. They may be worn out. Maybe a call to customer support would be helpful. Good luck.
