Will this press and crush olives and macadamia nuts for oil?

It can press nuts. You can't press the olives directly. You need to remove the pits firstly and cut olives into pieces of peanut size (which makes it easier to feed to the pressing barrel). Also, the whole process would take longer pressing seeds.
