my opening is 22.5 x 80 in with 12 ft ceiling do you offer one that dimension.
For the 12 foot ladder, how much ground clearance is needed? How far does it extend out from the opening?
For the 12 ft model, you'll need enough floor space for the ladder to open safely. It extends approximately 7–8 ft out from the attic opening when fully deployed. Allow a clear area of at least 8 ft in front of the opening for safe use.

The frame can be secured with screws on all four sides; it can be mounted either against a wall or freestanding.
