Where can I find an operational video. We bought and installed the filter but were unable to find a video of how to clean the sediment. We are guessing the thing to turn is the lower black ring? How much of a turn? What other settings are there? We have lost all water pressure a couple months after installing.

You can turn the cleaning knob to clean the filter element. If the filter element is still quite dirty, it is recommended to remove it and brush it with a brush before installation and use. It is also recommended to shorten the interval between discharge days.
