Does the unit shut off when the air conditioner is not running therefore not pulling hot air out of the ducks

You can set the cold temperature. When the temperature of the cooling pipe of the air conditioner reaches the set temperature, the fan will be turned on. When the air conditioner is turned off, the temperature of the air conditioner pipe will rise above the set temperature, and the fan will be turned off.
