I’m installing this in a cargo trailer, exhausting it through the floor. Is there a heat shield for through the floor install. I don’t want the exhaust to burn the plywood floor. I’ve seen ones for other heaters but looks like intake /exaust holes would not line up. Also what size is the exhaust pipe? I will need a longer one to exhaust it properly

It can be wrapped with insulation material to prevent scalding. The diameter of the exhaust pipe is 25mm and the longest is no more than 1.5 meters.

Is there anyway to add an external thermostat if I’m going to keep the unit outdoors? I would like the unit to turn off when it reaches a desired temperature.

If the machine is placed outdoors, it must be waterproofed and the display screen needs to be extended indoors because the indoor temperature is transmitted through the display screen.
