I the 3/8" outlet port going to starve an 11 gpm hydraulic pump

This reservoir is factory equipped with two G3/8 NPT drain ports. When used together, each port only carries 5.5 GPM, which is well within the normal flow range for a G3/8 port. So it works properly with your 11 GPM hydraulic pump and will not cause oil starvation.
