To separate the upper beam (up-loop) from the lower beam (down-loop) during first-time setup:
Locate the quick-adjust pin on both sides of the H-frame.
Pull out the adjusting pins to release the upper beam.
Lift the upper beam manually or with assistance to separate it from the lower beam.
Adjust the upper beam to your desired height, then reinsert the pins to lock.
Note: Do not use excessive force; the upper beam is height-adjustable and can be lifted smoothly once the pins are removed.
