My 1 1/2 hose wont screw down what hose is recommended?
We recommend the VEVOR 1-1/2" × 30 ft Pool Hose; however, this hose is currently unavailable.

Is this sand filter supposed to have a air vent tube come off the lateral filters
this is a top-mounted sand filter. The air inside the filter can be vented along with the water flow through the tank head piping, so there’s no need to install a separate vent pipe.

How many pounds of sand do I need
we recommend 176 lbs of sand with a diameter of 0.5-0.8mm. Regarding the operation of the product, it is recommended to read the manual in detail before use.
