on the specs it says 3400r/min but I just received my unit and it says 'RPM 2850' right on the pump on top (you can kind of see it in the pictures on the listing). what is the actual RPM and how does this affect the power + lift capabilities?

The tank is listed as holding 15 quarts/2.5 gallon, but that is not equivalent. 15 quarts is 3.75 gallons. What is the correct size of the tank, 15 quarts or 2.5 gallons?
