can i lower the pressure on the down stroke ?? it moves to fast , need to lower half speed , i use this unit on a motorcycle lift going up is fine but coming down it's too fast the motorcycle weighs 900 pounds and it like it's dropping when you push the down button .

Double acting mean it will go up and down correct? Im useing it for hay spikes and i need it to be able to pick up a bale and set it down.
