The refrigerator body is only for heat preservation; it does not contain a refrigeration compressor and has no freezing or cooling capacity. Ice blocks stored for extended periods without being used will gradually and slowly melt due to changes in ambient temperature.

This is a single-inlet model. If no water is entering the water tank and the display shows a low water level, please check if the machine is installed correctly. This single-inlet machine must be connected to a pressurized municipal water supply. To switch modes (while in standby), press and hold the “Clean” and “Minus” buttons simultaneously, then select mode 66 (Municipal Water Mode). The machine will not draw water if using bottled water.
