After 10 months, machine is only heating up to 210. Unplugged, etc, but still not going higher than 210. Is it the fuse? Can't find it.

Vevor is not known for their longevity or high quality. Cheap Asian made equipment is often an entry into getting better made/reliable equipment. It likely is going to be more costly to try to repair it (and have confidence it would be safe) than to invest in a name brand item with a warranty and better made components.

Is the temperature on this press adjustable? Can you set it to a desired temperature ? If so, in what increments can you change it?

There is a digital readout of the temp and can be adjusted by 1 degree increments.

Yes, you can set your own desire temeperature, the temperature increments are based on 10th.
