VEVOR Mailbox Post, 43 x 4 x 4 Inches, Steel In-Ground Mounting Mail Box Stand with Powder Coating Surface, Heavy Duty Metal Post Sleeve Kit for Outside Curbside Residential Use, Easy Install, Black

Does this post fit over an existing 4x4 wood post? I want to replace my existing plastic mailbox with a new one, without having to did a new hole.
