Are these ul classified? do they have the ul logo stamp on the side?
No. Honestly those filter aren’t strong they are fragile and don’t last long. That’s why they are at that price. Not worth the money!

what gauge of steel are these?
I do not recall the exact guage but extremely thin. Almost laughable. I do not recall the shipping weight either but for 6 of them it was quite light weight.

Do the handles pivot so they don’t impede with the adjacent filter ?
I would never do business with these people ever again,,,,,,, I purchased six they were wrong size!! Then re-ordered the six that I paid for set back the other six!! Never received credit to my bank account
