does the pump shuts off auto when it pressures up? or does it run constantly if hooked up to a refrigerator that has a water dispenser and ice maker ?

When the pump is connected to the drinking water pump and the ice maker the refrigerator will generate pressure and the pump will automatically shut off. The pump runs when the refrigerator water switch is turned on.
