Can used directly to water pipelines ? I don't have pressure in my water pipeline to my refrigerator

The drinking water pump is pressurized and can be connected to the refrigerator by giving it a bucket of water.

does the power cable unplug from the unit so the small end can be fed through a hole? (i think my hole is 1/4 inch)

Does it come disassembled like the photos? If not, the wand will force me to cut a larger hole which I don't want to do?

It come mostly put together but you can unhook the line from the pump make sure you get the correct one I got one in with a overseas plug on it

Is there a spigot option? In other words, I’d like to pour water directly from the jug to a glass.

It can be connected to a water tap, but it does not come with a water tap.

Can this unit be mounted on a wall horizontally? (As in sideways not vertically)

I don't know why not. The lines are easy to put on and do not leak. Mine has not leaked since I purchased & installed
