I’m not dumb. Can someone please explain how to use this Vevor jig??? I have a 2X72 belt sander. Made a few knives,hoping this fixture could help me.

What is the tool holder for? Just a shelf? Doesn't look like the holder will fit the Vevor 2x82 belt grinder.
The holder is installed on the belt sander and can be used as a workbench for the grinding angle locator for convenient operation.
