Can this chair be used as a transport chair to where a person could slide over into a passenger side vehicle seat, from the transport chair without someone falling out?
I cannot figure out how or where the Locking Knobs connect to the frame. In looking at the photos, there are no holes that align with the crossbar on my unit. There is a c clamp with a screw but lower down on the frame.
