The best is within level 3 wind. Normally, the lighter the wind, the easier it is to fly. However, I have not tested How windy can it still fly.

I sent it back it did even take off as they said it would did just as instructions said didn fly it basically went up and fell to the ground, my 6 yr was very disappointed.
