Whats the lowest temperature it can reach, previously it said 30s now its showing 50

The machine's display shows a set temperature and a water temperature. It can be set to 36 degrees Fahrenheit, cooling water to approximately 55 degrees Fahrenheit at the recommended maximum flow rate. The lower the flow rate, the more effective the cooling.
