Do the size of the rotors correspond to the viscosity of the material being tested? For example you would use #1 rotor for water and #4 for peanut butter.
The general principle for viscosity testing is as follows: for low viscosity, use a relatively large rotor at a slightly faster speed; conversely, for high viscosity, use a relatively small rotor at a slightly slower speed. A rotor of size 1 cannot test the viscosity of water; a rotor of size 0 or size 4 can be used to measure high viscosity water.
