It works well. It blows hard. I use in shop. On really hot days, not so good. But low 90 or below, works great.

No. Just a nice blower. Depends where you place it.

This fan forcefully moves a "ton" of air. I used on a covered patio. However, mine developed a problem with the on/off speed switch shortly after the return deadline. I haven't been able open the switch to see if a repair is possible. When it worked, it was great.
