Not really but it does a great job I cater and cook on site and I put the food in this food warmer maybe an hour or 2 before serving and it keeps the food piping hot I invested in 2 very pleased with the performance and customers pleased with the hot food

Not sure what “commercial” means. Mine has been on for over a year, set at 140° F and it is working fine. The insulation keeps it from heating up the space around it. I use it as a fermentation cabinet for various Koji based amino sauses I make.

I have used this allot and had no problems. I have rested 30 briskets in this warmer for 12 hours at 155 not at the same time. Not sure if you would call it Commercial grade however, it is close. Douglas Thompson
