What is the max width and thickness of meat that can be used?

I am interested in buying a slicer for hot pot use which can cut pork or beef.  How think this machine can cut?  What can you recommend?

I am trying to slice prosciutto to very very thin slices, It is going to be for home use, using it less than 5 times a year, however I want the slices to look like store bought. The Prosciutto is 12 inches wide at its widest section and about 4 inches high at its highest point. which slicer do you recommend. Thanks
