Good question. I haven't had to do that yet but omg these units work so well. We have broken up very old thick concrete and it cuts it like butter

the grease pot is on the top of vertical surface above the motor indicated by the yellow sticker. the tool supplied to open the grease pot is very flimsy and likely will bend when trying to unscrew it. ..a small pot of grease is supplied for this purpose. I have used mine a lot and it works extremely well apart from a little arcing at the ungrounded plug supplied. these 2 things could be improved. otherwise good value.

The yellow sticker on the breaker I do believe has the two holes that the wrench provided can remove the cover for the grease

All the instructions come with it, there is a cap that is removed to grease the moving parts.

I don’t know exactly but it’s heavy as is any jack hammer that actually demolishes stone, brick or concrete. I am guessing 30 lbs. If you’re working straight down that’s no problem, let the weight help you and just hold it upright however; if you're working sideways or holding it horizontally it will get heavy fast requiring two workers or frequent breaks.

About 45 pounds with chisel. I use a hand truck to take it to the work location. The weight of the tool does the work.
