Is this a direct replacement with the Yamaha Control box. Will the cable just plug in or is there something that has to be done with the cable. My current Yamaha remote Control box does not have a neutral lock. this does so I am hoping it is plug and play..

I am looking for a left mount Yamaha outboard control box. All I can find are right side mounts. Could I get a PN for the left mount.
