5006186 Outboard Remote Throttle Control Console Top Mount For Johnson/evinrude

I have purchased this for my 2000 Evinrude tracker 90hp. The throttle direction is the opposite of the motor side. Is there a way to change the throttle direction on this?

Compatible with a 1987 28hp spl?

Will this be able to connect to the 1991 Johnson 200hp v6 motor.

Is this a mechanical unit or is it drive by wire?
