This is a frame mounted one basically for replacing an existing one or welding it on or drilling your own holes in the trailer. It doesn't come with bolts.

It is the best crank jack that I have purchased. It works really well. I love the cranking on the front side versus the side in most of them. I would highly recommend this type of jack for most trailers. I believe it was rated 5 or 6 thousand pounds and it's very easy to crank. Wayne Millis
