Is the hose just for exhaust? Can it be reversed? I have a 10 by 20 spray tent. I would like to have the fan outside the tent, drawing the fumes out. The hose mounted to a hole on the tent wall, the fan drawing the fumes and particles through the hose. Thanks.

Generally, the air duct is tied to the air outlet to blow air. If you want to inhale, just tie the air pipe to the air inlet.
