Please follow the instructions in the video to reconnect the positive wire, after which you will be able to charge the device and use it normally.

We apologize for any confusion this product may have caused. Based on the issue you described, this was caused by the red positive wire inside the tow truck’s junction box not being connected.
The positive power line is disconnected by default when the product leaves the factory to ensure safe transportation, prevent short circuits, and avoid battery life degradation or complete failure due to discharge. (This is explained in the user manual.)
