What is the red light next to 3 green lights on the battery meter display?
It's almost out of power, needs to be charged. It's best to keep it off.

My unit does not charge. The outlet is good and the cord has a green light on it plus the fuse is in working order. If I turn it on while plugged in to the outlet it works fine. Once I unplug it it is dead. Help Please
Please follow the instructions in the video to reconnect the positive wire, after which you will be able to charge the device and use it normally. If this response does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

We apologize for any confusion this product may have caused. Based on the issue you described, this was caused by the red positive wire inside the tow truck’s junction box not being connected. The positive power line is disconnected by default when the product leaves the factory to ensure safe transportation, prevent short circuits, and avoid battery life degradation or complete failure due to discharge. (This is explained in the user manual.)

Is the aux wheel and caster necessary? I find it hard to maneuver under my trailer hitch as it is too long that it hits my electric trailer jack.
It’s okay not to install the auxiliary wheels and casters. However, leaving them uninstalled may cause the mover to tilt up when moving the trailer, which poses a potential safety risk. If you can operate it skillfully and confirm there is installation interference, you may try using it without them.
