The temperature controller on the machine is different than in the manual. The machine has a JUN C7000 controller. I cannot figure out how to make it work. Please provide clear instructions.

If I run it too fast, it does not seal on a simple polyethylene bag. If I run it too slow, the plastic sticks to the belt and pulls off of the bag. Also, when I push the "set" button once on the temp controller, the "SV" lights blink and shift. But nothing happens when I press the "up" or "down" key - the temp stays at 150. The lights stop blinking when I push "set" again.

What is Teflon belt replacement specs? It is not specific on Amazon.
