Can this bend metal strips that are 1.5” wide? Is there a minimum width (not thickness) for the brake?

Is the brake painted in gray just like on advertised pictures? Looking at the real pictures from buyers, the item looks unpainted flat looking color

The brake is painted black. By the way, it's a great unit for lighter gage materials. We successfully formed a box using 1/8" aluminum diamond plate. Great, tight bends.
