No, it won't fit a Dell Poweredge 2950 server.

It is not suitable for outdoor.

It fits on the sq. hole rails. We have square hole mounting screws for IT equipment

So depends on what cabinet you get. Cabinets 6u, 9u, & 12u are 15.5inches themselves. So any device that’s 15.5 won’t fit with front door closed or may not fit in the rear with any power or data connections. Personally if I was looking to add a rack server I would get the 15u. For a few $ more it’s worth it to have that extra space. If the space available is an issue then check out a vertical 3u-4u wall rack mount. They are much cheaper but would allow you to get the server itself mounted and nothing else.
