Is a convertor or anything needed to hook up the dc ceiling fan?
Our fans all use AC power input to the controller and then to the fan and light source, so there is no need for any converter, unless the input voltage is not the nominal voltage, a power converter is needed.

what is the measurement from ceiling to bottom of the center of the fan with the 6" rod? The scematics on line are confusing.
The measurement from the ceiling to the bottom of the center of the fan with the 6" rod is about 11 inches

Does the Controller recall the last used setting if you toggle the power from a traditional wall switch?
No, if you turn it off and then back on, the light will come on but the fan won’t spin.

Received my two fans, but one came with a part that was incorrect. Part “L” there were eight pieces of seven were correct one was incorrect does not fit. Can I get a replacement plate as soon as possible?
