Our fans all use AC power input to the controller and then to the fan and light source, so there is no need for any converter, unless the input voltage is not the nominal voltage, a power converter is needed.
Received my two fans, but one came with a part that was incorrect. Part “L” there were eight pieces of seven were correct one was incorrect does not fit. Can I get a replacement plate as soon as possible?

Instructions state that support beam needs to carry 1004 lbs. while the fan only shows as weighing 28 lbs. Will a metal brace kit for old work capable of holding a 70 lb fan work?
