This product is not suitable for use in small fish ponds. Excessive copper ion concentration can directly damage the gill tissue of fish, leading to respiratory problems. It will also inhibit the growth of algae and phytoplankton in the water, disrupting dissolved oxygen and the food chain balance. Fish poisoning typically manifests as surfacing, weak swimming, and excessive secretion of mucus (bluish-green in color) from the gills. In severe cases, it can lead to acute death.
