This can be 2 pieces connected in series, and then two groups connected in parallel. But 4 pieces of 345WATT, this power is not enough.

What does it mean when the mppt light is cutting on and off. Is it normal or is it not getting enough power? Im using (3) 500w 40v panels. Is it enough? Or should i upgrade to (3) 580w 49v? These are the closest panels i have access too. I would wish for the pump to output more water as its too slow for my pool. Thanks.

It is normal for the mppt light to be cutting on and off. The panel you are using has insufficient power and the voltage is too high. It is recommended that you use 6 300W 36V panels and connect them in three series and two parallel groups.

No, it is best to let the motor rest for a while after running for 6 hours, otherwise it will shorten the life of the motor if it works for a long time.
