I had to mount the little side panel and the back panel, also you'll have to attache the ground wire your self. Very basic tondo all. Of the above and only took a few minutes.

There is a removable plate on the bottom of this cabinet. But I don't think you would want to leave it off I drilled proper holes in it to run the conduits into the box. This cabinet is heavy duty and so far, has worked out great for my application.
