What sizes are the drill bits?
I believe it's 3/8 however they are special bits with a smaller bit for the pilot hole.

can I use this on a 4x4?
You can take the block off and clamp to any thickness wood. The clamp itself only has markings to 1.5".

What size (diameter) is the drill wooden plugs that come in the kit ?
The plugs are 9.3 mm or .36 inches, depending on what measurement standard you are using.

Dose it work on 4x4 wood ?
How to set up the stop collar on the drill ? It shows as L1 on the manual but I don't know what does that mean and didn’t find any mark on the drill
Simply put the drill bit in one of the three holes, slip collar down onto bit until it rests on jig, pull bit up until the tip does not touch the steel plate and tighten. You can always do a test piece to see how it works. The closer to the steel plate, the better.
