How do I adjust the blade to cut a certain size.

The big black nut cannot be adjusted to the bottom. If it is too tight, the sugar cane cannot pass through and the gland will be damaged. If it is too loose, the upper roller will slip. The best way is to adjust it to the tightest setting and then turn it 2-3 times in the loosening direction.

this is the fixed standard configuration. We have the 22Sets/44Pcs blade and the slicer thickness is 0.12" (3.0 mm).
