For night mode, press "fresh". But it can be left for one day at most, because we are not sure whether it will deteriorate if left for 2 days. To ensure food hygiene and safety, and to reduce energy consumption, we recommend that you clean the machine every day and do not let the ice cream slurry remain in the machine.
