It’s a malfunctioning issue. You can’t fix it. I’m on my third attempt with this machine from this vendor.. both have come out of the box broken/malfunctioning. Haven’t tried the third one yet. My hopes aren’t high though. If you ordered it recently I would absolutely ask for a refund or return it before your machine starts getting worse. Same thing happened to me and then other things started going crazy. Not worth the money.

I bought the machine for t-shirt quilts and it works perfectly, but it came with attachments for mugs and hats and says something about the vinyl. There weren’t clear instructions for that, so I haven’t tried it yet. I’m waiting until I learn how to work with the vinyl (YouTube videos :). I hope this helped!

Yes. You can do vinyl @280-320 degrees for 60 seconds. You can also do sublimation (380-400 degrees for 60 seconds) if you have the right Ink & product to sublimate on. I have videos on IG of me wearing shirts that I've made using vinyl (@JayDubbGotFlow)
