The manual states that the ACDC 225A welder is rated for 60% duty cycle and then also 20% duty cycle. Which is correct for this unit?

The load rate is related to the ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is 40 degrees, it is 20%. If the ambient temperature is 20-25 degrees, it is 60%.

I’m seeing questions about the foot pedal only to turn off and on but not control the amperage. Is that how the machine is or can a different foot pedal be used that does control amperage?

What is the current draw for the TIG 225? 110v? 220v? Thanks.

At 220V, TIG is 225A, and manual soldering is 200A. At 110V, TIG provides 160A, while manual soldering provides 140A.
