Do these use the typical grid installation? drop in panels? And can you install ceiling fixtures like lights and exhaust fans?

First of all, this product is made of PVC and is very light. It cannot withstand such heavy objects. If you want to install an exhaust fan, you must have a fixed device before you can install it.
