What parts are alumium? Are all 4 main parts of the railing alumium or just the top portion you grab?
Yes, the main parts are aluminium. I used galvanised lag bolts (not supplied) to secure railing to my wooden steps so there are no parts that can rust.

What size concrete drill bit do I need for installation ?
Both of the handrails I bought used 3/8 inch anchors. Since I am not always lucky with getting those anchors to tighten up, I also added a bit of construction glue to the hole before sticking in the anchor.
