It did work for me. I resorted on using self-adhering strip pads between the wheels. It does hit the bullnose edge of the stairs.

Not sure - but we had outdoor stairs that had only concrete tops no back, once I got used to the way it would work it was fine. May catch a little but extra nudge would help go over ridge.

It works for me both outside on concrete steps and indoor stairs that transition from hardwood to carpet. I am slow with the transition and it works well. I do wish that the handle was taller but the cart works very well both going up and going down stairs and steps. The straps are helpful with bulky loads but both straps are the same length so I bought a few different lengths from a different supplier. There is no padding on the cart rails so repetitive use on stained wool could leave marks but I use cardboard products designed to protect hardwood and I have not noticed damage.

Almost certainly. I use it on stairs with 8-inch padded steps.

Not sure what you mean by "survive 7-inch stairs", but the average stair size is 7 inches, so it should work just fine. I love mine. It makes it very easy to take items up the stairs.

It should workout make sure it doesn't roll off it has wheels were you put boxes on I would suggest to get the one that doesn't have wheels

No it wouldn’t work well. It would keep toppling over. I can’t use it for shopping and I can barely use it for stairs.

Nice little cart. I would have liked the wheels and handle to be bigger, but it does what the company says it will do. Closes down into a nice package

I gave the cart to my daughter who was moving I would estimate the wheels were 4 1/2 to 5 inches. I did try it out on my stairs with some boxes on it. I couldn't believe how well it worked.

It can fold up if the bottom isn't secured safely in an open, flat position. That said, I think this is a fantastic product. I use it all the time!
