Mine came with the mounting studs pressed into the backing plate. However, it did not come with the nuts for the studs. I had to reuse the ones from my prior brakes.
While the product description doesn't mention anything about manual adjustment, it does state that the brakes are self-adjusting. However, customers mostly discuss the brakes' compatibility with different trailers.
