what is the thickness of hoses 12 or 16 mm?

The thickness of the hose is an outer diameter of 20mm and an inner diameter of 16mm.

The filter is running but there is not enough suction for the water to flow to the output all valves are wide open. I hear the filter running. Never had this issue before as i have used this type of filter several times. What could be going on?

There may be air in the bucket. Please add water from the water inlet pipe and then turn on the power.
