Where can we purchase a replacement filter media for the white top layer fabric

The second sub-table in the group announcement contains a link to white filter cotton. Once you receive it, simply use scissors to trim it to the desired shape. If this response does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Is there any way to order replacement parts for this filter, in example the UV lamp and pump impeller?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your inquiry. The UV lamps aren't on the shelves yet; the impellers are being prepared in an overseas warehouse. Are any of your UV lamps broken? If not, please use them for now, and they'll be available for restocking later.
